History of the Dworecki Company

In 1990, Edward Dworecki decided to make his son Grzegorz’s dream come true, and together they opened a Meat Processing Plant in the family’s Golejewo, located among the picturesque landscapes of southern Wielkopolska. Thanks to his father’s many years of experience in the butchery and charcuterie craft, his mother Jadwiga’s commitment, and his son’s ingenuity and vision, it was possible to combine tradition with modernity, and Dworecki’s products began to be appreciated not only on the tables of local residents, but also during many competitions, including receiving the Gold Medal at the Polagra Food Fair in 2010.

Over time, the plant was developed, supplying products to more and more company stores in Wielkopolska and Lower Silesia. Today, the Dworecki Meat Processing Plant is all about caring for excellent products, the place where they are made, and above all the employees, who together with the Dworecki family are the creators of the company’s success.

We care about quality

We know that food is a great opportunity to feast together at the table, which is why we always make sure that our cured meats and meat preparations have an aroma and taste of high quality. Carefully selected meat from local, Polish suppliers, patiently selected additives, as well as natural spices, are the basis of our products, which we create based on proven, traditional recipes.

Our plant, located in the agricultural region of southern Wielkopolska, meets all EU requirements, and the very process of making cold meats is carried out in accordance with the guidelines of the safety and hygiene system – HACCP.

The operation, aimed at “Implementing innovative processes and technologies in meat processing and obtaining innovative products through the purchase of innovative equipment and software at Z.P.M Dworecki”, is co-financed by the European Union under Measure 4.2 ” Support for investment in the processing of agricultural products, their marketing or their development”.

Rural Development Program 2014-2020.

Anticipated results of the operation; purchase of 32 pieces of fixed assets including innovative 22 pieces and software 1 piece.
